Indian Barista


Our busy cafe in Abu Dhabi is seeking a skilled and experienced Indian Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting and serving delicious coffee and other beverages to our customers. We are looking for someone who is passionate about coffee and has excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and smoothies
- Ensure high-quality standards are met when making drinks
- Take customer orders and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and addressing any concerns they may have
- Follow health and safety guidelines while handling food and drinks
- Keep track of inventory levels and place orders when necessary
- Train new team members on how to prepare drinks according to our standards

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Must be from India with valid residency visa in Abu Dhabi
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Good communication skills in English
- A friendly personality with excellent customer service skills
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work on weekends or evenings if needed

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1300$ per month.
