IT Manager - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia


We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information technology and management, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. This position is open to candidates of all nationalities and does not require English proficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of all IT systems and infrastructure within the company
- Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure efficient and secure operations
- Manage a team of IT professionals and provide guidance on projects, training, and development
- Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for improvements to existing systems
- Ensure compliance with data security regulations and handle any necessary audits or investigations
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and implement solutions that support business goals
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with external vendors as needed
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to inform strategic decision making

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT management roles
- Familiarity with various operating systems, databases, networks, cloud computing, and cybersecurity protocols
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate team members
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic (preferred)
- Proven track record of successful project management within budget constraints
- Knowledge of data protection laws, such as GDPR or HIPAA (preferred)
- Experience working in the Middle East region (preferred)

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1300$ per month.
