Baker for Pakistani or Malayalee Applicants in Al-Khor


We are currently hiring a skilled Baker to join our team in Al-Khor. As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating delicious breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to our recipes and high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods
- Follow recipes accurately and consistently to ensure quality products
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust baking times as needed
- Decorate and finish products with icing, glazes, fillings, or toppings
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces at all times
- Ensure all products are properly labeled and stored according to food safety standards
- Collaborate with other team members to develop new recipes or improve existing ones

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Baker in a professional kitchen
- Proficient in measuring ingredients and following recipes accurately
- Knowledgeable about different types of flour, yeast, sugar, and other baking essentials
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed
