Our high-end restaurant in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is seeking a talented and experienced Indian Executive Chef to join our team. This is a contract position with a salary of 1300$ per month, free visa and ticket included. We welcome applications from individuals without prior experience in the culinary industry as long as they have a passion for cooking and are willing to learn. This is a great opportunity for a 12 pass candidate looking to gain valuable experience in the field.

As an Indian Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing our kitchen operations and creating delicious, authentic Indian dishes for our guests. You will also be expected to manage and train our kitchen staff, maintain inventory and ensure food safety standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and create menu items that reflect authentic Indian cuisine
- Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking, plating, and presentation
- Train and manage kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food production
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards in the kitchen
- Develop new recipes and regularly update menu offerings based on customer feedback and market trends
- Manage inventory levels to minimize waste and control costs
- Collaborate with restaurant management to develop strategies for increasing revenue and customer satisfaction

Requirements:
- Must be of Indian nationality or have extensive knowledge of Indian cuisine
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant setting
- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
- Strong understanding of food safety standards and procedures
- Creativity in developing new dishes while maintaining traditional flavors
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure

Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts or related field
- Previous experience working in the Middle East region is an asset
