Machine Operator - Manufacturing

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in Dubai. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various machines used in the production process. This includes ensuring machines are running efficiently and making necessary adjustments as needed. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a manufacturing environment and possess strong technical skills. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate machines according to production specifications
- Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to keep them running smoothly
- Troubleshoot issues that arise during production process
- Keep accurate records of production output and any issues that occur
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing setting
- Strong mechanical aptitude and technical skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and other technical documents
- Familiarity with various types of machinery used in manufacturing process
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preference will be given to candidates who have experience working with similar machinery or have completed vocational training programs related to machine operation. This position also includes accommodation for employees. Please note that this job is open only for African nationals who are fluent in English, possess their own visa, or are currently studying in Dubai.
