Machine Operator


As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery in a production setting. Your main duty will be to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the machines, while also maintaining quality and safety standards. This position requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and technical skills.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and calibrate machines according to specifications
- Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to keep them in good working condition
- Troubleshoot issues with machines and make necessary adjustments or repairs
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Record production data and report any issues or delays to supervisors

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator preferred but not required
- Ability to understand technical manuals and follow instructions accurately
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy materials if needed
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills in English (Malayalam proficiency is a plus)
