Office Assistant in Al Buraymi, Oman
We are seeking a skilled and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Al Buraymi, Oman. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing office operations, and assisting with daily tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per month, including accommodation and a free visa and ticket. Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing calendars
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels and placing orders when needed
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files
- Assist with data entry, document preparation, and record keeping
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff
- Manage office operations including maintenance of equipment and facilities
- Support other departments or team members as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related field are a plus
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) with the ability to quickly learn new software programs
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
