We are currently seeking a skilled Welder with visa sponsorship to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a Welder, you will be responsible for performing a variety of welding tasks on various materials and structures.

Responsibilities:
- Perform welding operations using various techniques such as MIG, TIG, and Stick welding
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine appropriate welding methods
- Operate and maintain welding equipment and tools
- Ensure all welds meet quality standards and specifications
- Conduct visual inspections to identify defects or imperfections in welds
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects in a timely manner
- Follow all safety procedures and protocols while working on job sites

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Welder, preferably in a construction or manufacturing setting
- Proficient in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding techniques
- Familiarity with different types of metal materials and their properties
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
- Good physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing for extended periods of time
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
