Head Chef

As a Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operations at our restaurant in Ar Rumaythiyah. You will be in charge of creating and implementing menus, managing inventory and ordering supplies, training and supervising kitchen staff, and ensuring high quality and consistency in all dishes. Your creativity and expertise in Pakistani or African cuisine will be essential in developing unique and flavorful dishes that appeal to our English-speaking clientele. You should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences. In addition, you must have at least 5 years of experience as a chef, preferably in a high-volume restaurant setting. A degree or certification from a culinary school would be an advantage.
