Instrument Technician

We are hiring an experienced Instrument Technician to join our team in Nizwa. As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various types of instruments and control systems used in industrial or manufacturing settings. You will also be required to troubleshoot any issues that arise with these systems and make necessary repairs to ensure their proper functioning.

Responsibilities:
- Install, calibrate, and maintain various instruments and control systems according to manufacturer instructions
- Troubleshoot and repair any malfunctions or breakdowns in instruments and control systems
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure proper functioning of all instruments and control systems
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance activities performed
- Collaborate with other technicians and departmental personnel as needed
- Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Instrument Technician or similar role
- Knowledge of electrical and mechanical principles related to instrumentation
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and schematics
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Good communication skills with the ability to work well in a team environment
- Flexibility to work on-call or overtime as needed
- Relevant certification or degree in instrumentation technology or a related field is preferred

Salary: We offer a competitive salary of $1200 per month.
Location: This position is located in Nizwa.
