Part-Time Executive Chef (Salalah, Oman)


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Salalah, Oman on a part-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations and ensuring the highest quality of food is consistently delivered to our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
- Create and develop new menu items based on customer preferences and seasonal availability
- Train, supervise, and manage kitchen staff to ensure efficiency and productivity
- Ensure all food safety standards are met and maintained at all times
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with restaurant managers to develop specials or promotions
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-volume establishment
- Excellent knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage staff effectively
- Creativity in menu development and ability to cater to various dietary needs/requirements
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
- Must be fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a plus

Salary:
This is a part-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month.

Location:
This position is located in Salalah, Oman.

Accommodation/Visa/Ticket:
This position does not include accommodation. However, free visa sponsorship and round-trip ticket will be provided for the right candidate.
