Restaurant Manager

We are hiring a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant located in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry, strong leadership skills, and excellent customer service abilities.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the restaurant, including staffing, budgeting, inventory management, and customer service
- Train and supervise staff to ensure high-quality service standards are consistently met
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve overall profitability
- Maintain a positive working relationship with suppliers, vendors, and other business partners
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure it meets company standards
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is an advantage)
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Proven track record of increasing sales and profitability in previous roles
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the hospitality industry
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month, along with other benefits such as bonuses based on performance.

This is a contract job with the potential for long-term employment based on performance.

Visa:
Candidates must have their own valid visa for Kuwait.
