Restaurant Manager - Al Ahmadi, Kuwait


We are hiring a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant including staff scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting
- Ensure that all food safety and hygiene standards are met
- Train and supervise staff members to provide high-quality service to customers
- Handle customer complaints and ensure their satisfaction
- Create and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers
- Monitor and maintain the restaurant's financial performance by analyzing sales reports and controlling costs
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and improve existing ones

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and restaurant operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred but not required
