Librarian
The Nizwa Public Library is seeking a skilled Librarian to join our team. This full-time position requires at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for literature, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities include managing the library's collection, assisting patrons with research and book selections, organizing events and programs, and maintaining the library's online catalog. A Bachelor's degree in Library Science or a related field is preferred. This is an urgent position that requires attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Salary for this position is $1200 per month. Applicants must be able to work in Nizwa and have a valid work permit.
