The ideal candidate for this position will have exceptional organizational and leadership skills and a strong background in administrative management. As the Administrative Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all administrative functions and managing a team of administrative staff. This role is suitable for men and offers a salary of 1500$ with accommodation provided.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to ensure effective operations
- Oversee the daily activities of administrative staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Manage budgeting and financial planning for administrative expenses
- Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and electronic
- Communicate with various departments to ensure smooth coordination of tasks
- Handle confidential information with discretion at all times
- Monitor and assess the efficiency of administrative processes and make improvements as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an administrative management role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial management
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in an international setting or with diverse teams/cultures
- Knowledge of local labor laws in Qatar
