Construction Project Manager

Our construction company in Medina is seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee our building projects from start to finish. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and budgeting all aspects of the construction process. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all phases of the construction project from initial planning to final handover
- Develop project schedules and budgets and monitor progress throughout the project lifecycle
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other team members to ensure project specifications are met
- Prepare and review contracts, change orders, and other project documentation
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to provide updates on project progress
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality of work being done
- Maintain accurate records of all project activities and costs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role
- Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Proficient in project management software such as MS Project or Primavera P6
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Availability for occasional travel

Salary: $1400 per month
Location: Medina
Preference for Indian or Egyptian candidates
Full-time position with accommodation provided
