Construction Project Manager

Our construction company is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team in Medina. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. This is a full-time position that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and extensive knowledge of construction processes.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor progress of projects and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely completion within budget.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
- Keep accurate records of project expenses and communicate updates to relevant parties.
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or issues.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety of work being done.
- Manage project teams by providing guidance, direction, and support as needed.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in construction management role.
- Knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and quality control standards.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising on quality or safety standards.
