Part-Time Sales Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Manager to join our team on a part-time basis in Manama. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets. You will also be in charge of managing a team of sales representatives and ensuring they are motivated and equipped to deliver exceptional results.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to reach new customers and maintain relationships with existing ones.
- Set and achieve sales targets.
- Lead, motivate, and train a team of sales representatives.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct market research to identify potential new markets and opportunities.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive efforts towards company goals.
- Build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide excellent customer service.
- Prepare monthly reports on sales performance.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Sales Manager or similar role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of market trends, customer needs, and competitor analysis.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Salary:
1400$ per month (based on 20 hours per week)
Location:
Manama (with option for remote work)
