Sales Manager

A reputable company in Manama is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our sales portfolio, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to lead a team. This is a contract position with a salary of $1600 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve targets
- Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and provide excellent customer service
- Lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure product availability for customers
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and materials
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and generate leads

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role in the same industry
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques, negotiation skills, and customer service principles
- Experience in managing a team of sales representatives is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Valid work permit or visa sponsorship available
