Indian Chef - English Speaking


We are seeking a skilled Indian Chef who is fluent in English to join our team in Bayan. As an Indian Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking traditional Indian dishes while also incorporating modern techniques and flavors. You must have a strong understanding of Indian spices and ingredients, as well as the ability to create unique and delicious dishes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of traditional Indian dishes, such as curries, biryanis, and tandoori specialties.
- Incorporate modern techniques and flavors into traditional dishes to create new and innovative menu items.
- Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest quality standards and meets customer expectations.
- Manage inventory levels of ingredients and supplies to ensure smooth operations.
- Train other kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and recipes.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen at all times.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Indian Chef in a high-volume restaurant.
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
- Extensive knowledge of Indian spices, ingredients, and cooking techniques.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to create visually appealing dishes.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate other kitchen staff.

Salary: $1400 per month.
