Entry-Level Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Restaurant Manager in Muharraq, Bahrain. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that quality standards are met, and providing excellent customer service. This is a great opportunity for someone without experience in management to gain valuable skills and experience in the food and beverage industry.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service
- Train and supervise employees to ensure high-quality service and maintain a positive work environment
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency with company standards
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and promotions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality or business management is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Ability to lead a team effectively and handle conflicts professionally
- Basic understanding of financial principles such as budgeting, cost control, and profit margins
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
