Sales Manager for Indian Candidates in Ar-Ruwais, UAE



We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Ar-Ruwais, UAE. This role is specifically for Indian candidates with excellent English communication skills. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in sales and a proven track record of meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and market research
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and provide exceptional customer service
- Train, mentor, and lead a team of sales representatives
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for management review

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the UAE
- Fluent in English with strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions accordingly

Salary: 1400$ per month + commission

Location: Ar-Ruwais, UAE
