Entry-Level Radio Technician


We are seeking a skilled and motivated Entry-Level Radio Technician to join our team in Salalah, Oman. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing radio communication equipment. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$. We welcome candidates without previous experience in the field, and we provide accommodation for our employees. As an Entry-Level Radio Technician, your main duties will include installing and configuring radio equipment such as antennas, transmitters, receivers, and amplifiers. You will also be responsible for conducting routine maintenance checks to ensure the equipment is functioning properly. In the event of any malfunctions or breakdowns, you will troubleshoot and repair the equipment as needed.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong interest in radio technology and possess basic knowledge of electrical circuits. You should also have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work well under pressure. Attention to detail is crucial in this position as even small errors can lead to significant issues with communication systems.

As an integral part of our team, you will also be expected to maintain accurate records of all installations, repairs, and maintenance work performed. You may also be required to communicate with clients or other technicians regarding any issues or updates related to radio systems.

While previous experience is not necessary for this position, candidates with some background in electrical engineering or related fields will be given preference. Additionally, experience with specific brands or types of radio equipment may also be beneficial.
