Waiter in Muscat, Oman


Our restaurant in Muscat, Oman is seeking a skilled and experienced waiter to join our team. As a waiter, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month, along with free visa and ticket.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus and take food and beverage orders
- Answer questions about menu items and make recommendations
- Serve food and drinks to guests
- Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Handle any guest complaints or concerns efficiently and courteously
- Process payments accurately using POS system
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area, including tables, chairs, floors, etc.
- Assist with opening/closing duties as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a waiter in a restaurant setting
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Knowledge of food and beverage pairings
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
