Personal Trainer

Are you passionate about fitness and helping others achieve their health goals? We are seeking a motivated and experienced Personal Trainer to join our team in Muscat. Our company offers a competitive salary of 1800$ for this full-time position.

As a Personal Trainer, you will work one-on-one with clients to create personalized fitness plans tailored to their individual needs and goals. You will also lead group fitness classes, monitor progress, and provide valuable advice and support to clients throughout their fitness journey.

The ideal candidate for this position will have prior experience as a personal trainer and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A certification in personal training is preferred but not required. We welcome freshers who are enthusiastic about the health and wellness industry to apply as well.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial consultations with clients to assess their fitness level, goals, and any potential health concerns
- Create personalized workout plans for each client based on their individual needs and goals
- Monitor client progress through regular check-ins and adjustments to workout plans as needed
- Lead group fitness classes such as HIIT, yoga, or boot camp
- Provide guidance on proper form and technique during exercises
- Educate clients on nutrition, healthy habits, and lifestyle changes to complement their fitness journey
- Maintain a clean and safe workout environment for clients

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a personal trainer preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively motivate and inspire clients
- Knowledge of different types of exercise equipment, techniques, and nutrition principles
- Certification in personal training is preferred but not required
- Passion for health, wellness, and helping others reach their full potential
- Ability to work full-time with flexible hours including evenings and weekends
