We are in search of a skilled Gardener to join our team in Bayan. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and caring for the plants, trees, and green spaces on our property. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$. We welcome applicants from all nationalities, as long as you have a passion for gardening and the required skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general gardening duties such as planting, watering, pruning, fertilizing, and weeding
- Maintain and repair garden structures such as fences, trellises, and pathways
- Monitor plant health and identify any pests or diseases
- Operate and maintain gardening equipment
- Assist in the design and development of new garden areas
- Keep the garden clean and well-maintained at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Gardener or similar role
- Knowledge of different plant types and their care requirements
- Familiarity with gardening tools and equipment
- Physical stamina to work outdoors for extended periods of time
- Good communication skills to work effectively with other team members

Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree or certification in Horticulture or related field
- Experience in landscaping or design
- Ability to communicate in English
