Corporate Attorney

As a Corporate Attorney, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance to clients on corporate matters. You will review and draft legal documents, negotiate contracts, and provide guidance on business transactions. Your role will also involve representing clients in court and providing legal support for mergers and acquisitions. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of corporate law and be able to provide strategic advice to help clients achieve their business goals. This position is based in Jeddah and offers a salary of $1600 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and support on corporate matters
- Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements
- Negotiate terms with other parties on behalf of clients
- Represent clients in court proceedings
- Conduct legal research to ensure compliance with laws and regulations
- Advise on mergers, acquisitions, and other business transactions
- Provide strategic advice to help clients achieve their business goals
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations related to corporate law
- Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide effective solutions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law or relevant field
- At least 3 years of experience as a Corporate Attorney or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of corporate law and regulations
- Experience in contract negotiation, drafting, and reviewing
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
