A bakery in Sharjah is seeking a skilled and experienced Baker to join our team. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods. We are looking for someone with a passion for baking and who takes pride in creating delicious and visually appealing products.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare doughs and batters according to recipes
- Bake breads, pastries, and other baked goods
- Decorate and present baked goods in an attractive manner
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed
- Ensure the quality of ingredients used in baking
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Baker or similar role
- Knowledge of various baking techniques and methods
- Ability to read and follow recipes accurately
- Attention to detail for presentation of baked goods
- Physically able to stand for long periods of time
- Excellent time management skills
- Good communication skills in English
