Job Title: Construction Manager - Dubai

As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects in Dubai. This includes coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and other team members to ensure timely and successful project completion. You will also be responsible for budget management, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and oversee all construction activities from start to finish
- Communicate with project stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and timelines
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop detailed construction plans
- Select and manage contractors and subcontractors to perform specific tasks on the project
- Monitor progress of construction activities to ensure adherence to schedule and budget
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and address any issues or concerns
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Prepare progress reports for project stakeholders
- Manage change orders and resolve any conflicts or disputes that may arise during the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager in Dubai or similar environment
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in project management software
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Salary: 1700$ per month
