Machine Operator


We are currently hiring a skilled and experienced Machine Operator to join our team in Bayan. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various machinery used in the production process.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate machines according to specifications
- Monitor machine operations to ensure smooth and efficient production
- Troubleshoot issues and perform basic maintenance on machines
- Inspect finished products for quality control
- Keep records of production output and machine maintenance
- Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times
- Work with team members to achieve production goals

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical training or certification preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with operating various machinery such as lathes, drills, grinders, etc.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Physical ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Fluent in English (additional language proficiency is a plus)
- Must have a valid biometric passport
