We are seeking a talented and customer-oriented Call Center Representative to join our team in Jeddah. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from English speaking customers and providing them with excellent service. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to multi-task, and a friendly attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls from English speaking customers and addressing their inquiries or concerns
- Making outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or resolve any issues
- Providing accurate information about our products or services to customers
- Handling customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintaining detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure efficient and timely resolution of customer issues
Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Proven experience as a call center representative or in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
