Office Assistant
Location: Doha, Qatar (Preference for Pakistani Nationals)
Salary: $1100 per month
We are hiring an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate will be a professional and organized individual with excellent communication skills in English. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for handling administrative and clerical tasks, ensuring the smooth functioning of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, answering and directing phone calls
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems
- Prepare, edit, and proofread documents as needed
- Schedule appointments and meetings, assist with travel arrangements
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and bookkeeping
- Handle confidential information with discretion
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related field is a plus
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail with a problem-solving attitude
