Sous Chef



As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in managing the kitchen operations of our high-end restaurant in Lusail. You will oversee the preparation and presentation of dishes, ensure food quality and safety standards, and maintain inventory and cost control. Your role will also include training and supervising kitchen staff, creating menus, and collaborating with suppliers to source fresh ingredients. The ideal candidate should have a culinary degree or equivalent experience, strong leadership skills, and a passion for creating exceptional dining experiences. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month. English proficiency is not required but would be an advantage.
