Indian Chef in Lusail, Qatar


We are a fine dining restaurant in Lusail, Qatar seeking an experienced and passionate Indian Chef to join our team. As an Indian Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking authentic Indian dishes to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and prepare menus, taking into consideration seasonal availability of ingredients
- Create dishes with a modern twist while maintaining authentic flavors
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure quality and consistency in food preparation
- Monitor food inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards at all times
- Collaborate with other chefs to develop new dishes and maintain menu diversity

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Indian Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel setting
- Expert knowledge of Indian cuisine, including regional variations and traditional cooking techniques
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate kitchen staff
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken

Salary: $1600/month (tax-free)
Location: Lusail, Qatar
