Executive Chef


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at our restaurant in Al-Malikiyah. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for the overall management and operation of our kitchen, overseeing all food preparation and ensuring that high-quality dishes are served to our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and create menus that are innovative and appealing, while also considering food costs and customer preferences
- Direct and supervise all kitchen activities, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation
- Train and mentor kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality and service
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients as needed
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations in the kitchen
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times
- Collaborate with management to develop new dishes or improve existing ones based on customer feedback

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant setting
- In-depth knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Ability to lead a team effectively and maintain a positive work environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with staff, management, and customers
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Valid food handler’s permit
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package of 1500$ per month, along with opportunities for growth within our company.
