Sales Manager - Al-Rayyan, Qatar (Indian Nationals Preferred)
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. Your main goal will be to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth for our company. This role requires a strong leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a proven track record in sales management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand our customer base.
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to stay ahead of the competition.
- Train and motivate the sales team to ensure high levels of productivity and performance.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, performance, and projections.
Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Minimum salary of 900$ per month
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Previous experience in sales management is required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train team members
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work without accommodation in Al-Rayyan
- Biometric passport required
