Online Tutor


As an Online Tutor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, personalized instruction to students in a virtual learning environment. You will work with students of various ages and backgrounds, helping them to achieve their academic goals and improve their understanding of various subjects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting one-on-one online tutoring sessions with students
- Assessing student's learning needs and creating customized lesson plans
- Utilizing a variety of teaching methods to engage and motivate students
- Providing feedback and support to students to help them improve their academic performance
- Monitoring student progress and adjusting lesson plans as needed
- Maintaining accurate records of student attendance and progress
- Collaborating with parents or guardians to ensure student success
- Staying up-to-date on current education trends and incorporating them into teaching methods

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience as a tutor or teacher in a virtual setting
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans for students of different ages and levels
- Strong understanding of various subject areas, including but not limited to English, Math, Science, and History
- Familiarity with online teaching platforms (e.g. Zoom, Skype)
- Patient, empathetic, and able to build rapport with students from diverse backgrounds

Salary:
This is a contract position with a salary of 1000$ per month. Accommodation will be provided by the company, along with free visa sponsorship and airfare.

Location:
This job is located in Muscat but can be performed remotely from anywhere in the world.
