Inventory Manager for Student Accommodation in Jeddah, Egypt


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Manager to oversee our student accommodation facility in Jeddah, Egypt. As the Inventory Manager, you will be responsible for managing inventory levels, maintaining accurate records of incoming and outgoing items, and ensuring timely restocking of essential supplies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and minimize waste.
- Monitor inventory levels, track usage trends, and forecast future needs.
- Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of items.
- Maintain accurate records of all inventory transactions.
- Conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies or issues with inventory management processes.
- Collaborate with other departments to meet their supply needs and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Train and supervise staff involved in the inventory management process.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities by negotiating better prices with suppliers or finding alternative sources for essential items.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience working as an Inventory Manager or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Proficient in using inventory management software systems.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Salary:
This position offers a salary of $900 per month, along with accommodation in our student housing facility.

Location:
The job is located in Jeddah, Egypt. Applicants must have Egyptian nationality.
