Loader Supervisor


We are currently seeking a Loader Supervisor to oversee the loading and unloading operations at our warehouse in Al-Rayyan. Our ideal candidate will be a Malayalee with experience in supervising loading teams and ensuring efficient and safe handling of goods. As this is a physically demanding role, candidates must be able to lift heavy objects and have excellent physical stamina.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the loading and unloading of goods onto trucks or containers
- Train, schedule, and manage a team of loaders to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed during the loading process
- Inspect goods for damage or defects before loading them onto vehicles
- Maintain accurate records of loaded goods and their destinations
- Communicate with truck drivers to ensure efficient coordination of loading operations

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in Malayalam
- Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a warehouse setting
- Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects
- Attention to detail and ability to identify potential hazards or defects in goods
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with a team
