Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to computer system users. This includes answering questions, troubleshooting problems, and providing solutions to various hardware and software issues. You will also be responsible for installing and configuring computer systems, diagnosing hardware/software faults, and maintaining accurate records of all technical support requests.

To excel in this role, you should have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of computer systems. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email or in person.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide timely solutions.
- Install and configure computer systems and software.
- Diagnose hardware/software faults and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of all technical support requests.
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry developments.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred).
- Proven work experience as a Technical Support Specialist or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of computer systems (hardware/software) and networks.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Multitasking abilities with a strong attention to detail.
