Responsibilities:
- Lead, supervise, and motivate team members to achieve set targets and KPIs

- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge of team members
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth functioning of operations
- Develop and implement strategies to improve overall team performance
- Conduct performance evaluations for team members and provide guidance for improvement
- Resolve any conflicts or issues within the team in a timely manner
- Stay updated on industry trends and market changes to identify areas for improvement within the team

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a leadership role in a similar industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving results
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
