As a Teamlead in Vianden, Luxembourg, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of employees to achieve business goals. Your role will involve overseeing daily operations, setting performance targets, and motivating team members to reach their full potential. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining a positive work environment, fostering communication and collaboration among team members, and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of employees to achieve business goals
- Set performance targets for individual team members
- Monitor and evaluate team performance on a regular basis
- Provide coaching and feedback to help team members improve their skills
- Create and maintain a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and open communication
- Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively within given deadlines
- Identify areas for improvement within the team's processes or workflow
- Develop strategies to increase productivity and efficiency within the team
- Communicate with other departments or stakeholders as necessary to coordinate efforts or resolve issues
- Handle any conflicts or issues within the team in a professional manner

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a leadership or managerial role preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Proven ability to motivate and develop team members
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure
- Proficiency in project management software/tools is a plus
- Fluent in English (additional languages such as French or German are an advantage)

Working hours: Full-time position with flexible working hours.

Salary: 1300$ per month.

Location: This position is based in Vianden, Luxembourg.
