Facade Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities:
- Perform regular maintenance on exterior facades, including cleaning, painting, and repairing any damages or defects.
- Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and develop a plan for repairs.
- Use specialized equipment and techniques to safely access and work on high-rise buildings.
- Install and replace facade materials such as glass panels, metal cladding, and stone facades.
- Collaborate with other building maintenance professionals to ensure the overall safety and functionality of the building.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in facade maintenance or a related field preferred.
- Physical fitness and ability to work at heights.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions.
- Biometric passport or willingness to obtain one.
