Commercial Architect



We are in need of a talented Commercial Architect to join our team in Vianden. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and industrial facilities. Your main goal will be to create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces that meet the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for their commercial building project
- Develop designs and plans that meet building codes, safety regulations, and budget constraints
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that the design is being executed correctly
- Communicate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project to resolve any issues
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines
- Stay up-to-date with current trends and advancements in commercial architecture to incorporate into designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience working as an architect in a commercial setting preferred
- Proficient in CAD software and other relevant design tools
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask on various projects simultaneously

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1400 per month.

Location:
This is a part-time position located in Vianden. Candidates who hold a biometric passport are preferred.
