Part-Time Information Technology Manager
Location: Clairvaux, France
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Part-Time Information Technology Manager to join our team in Clairvaux, France. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's technology needs and ensuring that our systems are running efficiently and securely. You will work closely with department heads to identify and implement technology solutions that align with our business goals. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management, strong leadership skills, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. This is a part-time role with the potential for growth within the company.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the company's technology infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and security.
- Develop and maintain an IT strategy that supports the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify technology needs and implement solutions that improve efficiency and productivity.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for hardware, software, and services.
- Ensure that all systems are secure and up-to-date with regular backups.
- Train employees on new technologies as needed.
- Troubleshoot technical issues as they arise.
- Stay current on industry trends and advancements in technology.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor team members.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of networking principles, security protocols, server administration, cloud technology, and data backup procedures.
- Experience with project management tools such as JIRA or Asana.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in Information Technology or related field.
- Industry-specific certifications such as CISSP or PMP.
- Experience working with remote teams.
- Familiarity with French data privacy laws and regulations.
Salary:
The salary for this part-time position is 1600$ per month.
