Job Title: IT Manager

As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the technology infrastructure and systems of our company in Clairvaux. You will be in charge of managing a team of IT professionals and ensuring that all technology needs are met to support the operations and growth of the business.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies to support the company's goals and objectives
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the IT department, including budgeting, resource allocation, and project management
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network systems
- Monitor system performance and ensure data security and backups are in place
- Stay updated on new technologies and make recommendations for improving existing systems or implementing new ones
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and provide solutions to meet those needs
- Train employees on how to use new systems or software as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role preferred but not required for this contract job opportunity without experience requirement
- Extensive knowledge of computer systems, networks, security protocols, and other related technologies
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Good communication skills to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
