As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients through various online channels. This includes addressing inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and offering guidance and advice to help our clients achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Responding promptly and professionally to client inquiries through email, chat, and social media platforms
- Troubleshooting technical issues and providing step-by-step instructions to resolve them
- Offering guidance and advice to clients on how to best utilize our services
- Building strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Maintaining accurate client records and updating them as needed
- Collaborating with other team members to continuously improve our services and processes

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical information in a clear and concise manner
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and offer creative solutions
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly
