Tiler Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Tiler Supervisor to oversee and manage our tiling projects in Clairvaux. The ideal candidate should have previous experience as a tiler and be able to lead a team of tilers to ensure high-quality work and timely completion of projects. This is a full-time job with a salary of 1300$ per month. Accommodation will be provided for the candidate, and preference will be given to those who already have their own visa.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and supervise tiling projects, ensuring they are completed according to specifications and within the given timeframe
- Manage a team of tilers, assigning tasks and providing guidance as needed
- Ensure all necessary materials and equipment are available for each project
- Inspect completed work for quality assurance
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns or issues that may arise during the project
- Train new tilers on techniques and safety protocols

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a tiler, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role
- Strong understanding of different tiling materials, techniques, and tools
- Ability to read blueprints and other technical drawings
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities

Preference will be given to candidates who are already located in Clairvaux or have previous experience working in the city.
