Formworker for Construction Company in Clairvaux



We are a leading construction company in Clairvaux seeking a dedicated and hardworking Formworker to join our team. As a Formworker, you will be responsible for creating and assembling temporary structures used to support the concrete of buildings, roads, and other structures. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided, making it an ideal opportunity for those without experience looking to start their career in construction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine the size, shape, and positioning of the formwork
- Measure and cut materials according to specifications
- Assemble formwork using a variety of hand and power tools
- Install rebar as needed
- Pour concrete into formwork and ensure it is properly leveled
- Remove formwork once concrete has set
- Maintain clean and safe work area
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures

Requirements:
- Must have a valid biometric passport or be willing to obtain one
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Willingness to learn new skills on the job
