Salary: 1100$ per month (negotiable based on experience)


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Preservation Architect to join our team in Clairvaux, France. As the Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historic buildings and structures. You will work closely with clients and other professionals to develop preservation plans and oversee construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of historic buildings and structures to determine their condition and preservation needs
- Develop preservation plans that adhere to local regulations and guidelines
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure the successful execution of preservation projects
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
- Oversee all aspects of construction, including coordinating with subcontractors, monitoring progress, and ensuring quality control
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure that work is being completed according to plans and specifications
- Communicate project updates and progress reports to clients regularly

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience as a Preservation Architect working on historic buildings or structures
- Strong knowledge of preservation techniques, materials, and technologies
- Experience managing preservation projects from conception to completion
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and other professionals
